Nahid Sepehri
Executive Director
Nahid Sepehri was born in Tehran, Iran, into a semi-Christian family in a predominantly Muslim society, with her father having converted to Christianity before she was born. Despite the many limitations of the post-Islamic Revolution era, she earned a degree in Theology and served at the Iranian Bible Society’s translation department until its closure by the government in 1990. In 1997, she migrated to the United States with her family and joined the Today’s Persian Version translation team, later she became its Coordinator. The completion and inauguration of the TPV Bible in 2007 marked a turning point in her ministry. Her other responsibilities includes translating and publishing Children's bible and coordinator of editing the translation of TPV bible. In March 2015, she was appointed Executive Director of the Iranian Bible Society in Diaspora. Today she celebrates delivering hundreds of thousands of Farsi scriptures to Iranians worldwide.

Dr. Feridoon Mokhof
Chairman of the Board
The Rev. Dr. Feridoon Mokhof, of Azerbaijani descent, was ordained by the AOG Church in Iran. Since 1982 he has been serving Congregational Churches in Iran, Turkey, England, and Scotland.
In addition to his pastoral ministry, he is engaged in translating and publishing Christian literature—especially the Holy Bible—into Persian, Azeri, and Kurdish, as well as translating the New Testament into more than twenty local dialects of Iran.
As the founder of the Kurpo international, his extensive service has blessed many Iranian ethnic groups.
The New Testaments which Kurpo International has translated into the local dialects of the people of Iran has been made available both in print, as well as in digital formats. He received his Doctorate from the University of Colorado in the field of communications, focusing on conveying the message of Christ to post revolutionary youth.

Dr. Sasan Tavassoli

The Rev. Dr. Sasan Tavassoli, a former Shi’ite Muslim from Iran, converted to Christianity in 1985 through the ministry of American missionaries in Europe. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister who has served Iranian communities in the US as a pastor, teacher, and theologian for over two decades. Since 2006, his ministry has centered on Christian satellite TV, with daily Farsi broadcasts reaching audiences in Iran and around the world. Dr. Tavassoli also empowers Iranian house church movements by offering theological education through conferences and seminars and by traveling widely to preach and train leaders. He holds Master's degree from Reformed Theological Seminary, Columbia Theological Seminary, and earned his PhD in Islamic Studies from the University of Birmingham, UK.

Dr. Hormoz Shariat

The Rev. Dr. Hormoz firmly believes that Iran is ready for a profound transformation—spiritually, socially, financially, and politically. Since 1987, he has been actively involved in church planting among Iranians in the US, Europe, and Iran, and he has reached millions of homes via satellite TV broadcasts since December 2001. His ministry has spurred the planting of hundreds of underground house churches in over 100 Iranian cities, resulting in more than 33,000 registered decisions for Christ. A convert from a Muslim background, Hormoz has combined his technical education—with degrees in Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and a BA in Bible and Theology—with his passion for evangelism. Currently as the founder of "Iran Alive Ministries", he is evangelizing, teaching and equipping house churches.

The Rev. Annahita Parsan

The Rev. Annahita Parsan was born into a Muslim family in Iran. She is a Lutheran ordained Priest in the Church of Sweden, serving as the Pastor of a Persian Church in Stockholm.
Her dedication has earned her recognition from Swedish royalty and various awards, highlighting her commitment to community service and religious freedom.
Beyond her church work, she appears on Christian television networks and lectures internationally, raising awareness about the challenges facing persecuted Christians and promoting compassion and inclusivity. Through her efforts, she continues to inspire many in the fight for faith and human rights.

Hamid Malek
Secretary of the Board
Mr. Hamid Malek is a Lehigh University graduate with degrees in Civil Engineering and Architecture, and he has dedicated a 35-year career to serving persons with disabilities. Growing up in Tehran, he attended Bahare-No elementary school and Iran-Zamin high school, where caring Christian mentors showed him God's unconditional love without forcing their beliefs. In college, he encountered fellow Christians who embodied Christ's unconditional love, teaching him to serve others without preconditions. He attributes his strong faith to God's grace and mercy as demonstrated by the lives of these believers. Inspired by Jesus' teaching in Matthew 5:16 to let his light shine through good deeds.
